On December 5th, the A-share market bottomed out and rebounded, with the ChiNext Index rising over 1%, after falling more than 0.5% in the morning session. Sector-wise, the non-bank financial sector surged collectively in the afternoon. Bank of China Securities and Ruida Futures both hit the daily limit up, while China Pacific Insurance, Ping An Insurance, Industrial Securities, etc., rose over 5%. PICC Group, China Life Insurance, New China Insurance, Xiangcai Co., Ltd., East Money Information, and other stocks followed suit.

On the news front, Morgan Stanley, known as the A-share "whistleblower," suddenly released significant positive news, adding Ping An Insurance to its key watchlist while still listing it as a top pick. The bank raised its target price for Ping An Insurance's A-shares from 70 yuan per share to 85 yuan per share and for its H-shares from 70 Hong Kong dollars per share to 89 Hong Kong dollars per share.

Additionally, after the market closed, the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued the "Notice on Adjusting Risk Factors for Relevant Insurance Company Businesses." The notice actively implements requirements for risk prevention, strengthened regulation, and promotion of high-quality development, moderately adjusting risk factors for relevant insurance company businesses while strictly maintaining risk control. First, it adjusts risk factors for insurance companies' investments in related stocks to cultivate and grow patient capital. Second, it adjusts risk factors for insurance companies' export credit insurance businesses and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation's overseas investment insurance businesses, encouraging insurance companies to increase support for foreign trade enterprises and effectively serve national strategies.
