On October 20, Guangming Daily Press issued a stern statement: Recently, some organizations or individuals have been falsely using the name of "Guangming Daily Press" or fabricating associations with our press to operate digital asset platforms named "Guangming Zaiwang" (which is not a compliant platform operated by any enterprise actually controlled by our press) or similar names. They attract public investment through terms like "digital collectible transactions" and "digital cultural asset appreciation," severely misleading the public, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests and credibility of Guangming Daily Press, and also suspected of violating relevant national laws and regulations. To safeguard the public's legitimate rights and interests and clarify the truth, Guangming Daily Press solemnly declares the following regarding the relevant matters.

1. Guangming Daily Press has never invested in or authorized any third-party organization or individual to operate financial or quasi-financial related businesses such as "digital asset platforms" or "digital collectible trading platforms" in the name of our press. Any claims of "digital asset operations" associated with our press are false information.

2. Regarding organizations and individuals that engage in illegal activities by falsely using our press's name or fabricating associations, our press has collected relevant evidence and will report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and public security organs in accordance with the law, resolutely pursuing their legal liabilities, including but not limited to civil compensation, administrative penalties, and criminal responsibility.
