AICC 2025 Artificial Intelligence Computing Conference Held in Beijing

From the 26th to the 27th, the AICC 2025 Artificial Intelligence Computing Conference was held in Haidian District, Beijing. The conference focused intently on the construction of AI infrastructure and the optimization of the domestic AI computing power system, aiming to drive algorithm innovation and practical application deployment. With computing power as the core element for innovation, it brought together forces from industry, academia, research, and application sectors to jointly promote the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence industry.

Witnessed by the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, and the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, over 30 companies, including China Mobile, Inspur Information, Beijing Shengke, Zhiyuan, Biren, MetaX, Kunlunxin, Zhipu, Moore Thread, and Facewall AI, jointly released the "Beijing Solution for Intelligent Computing Applications: Building Industry Agents Based on the Super-Node Innovation Consortium" (hereinafter referred to as the "Beijing Solution").

In terms of deepening the development of the open-source ecosystem, the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence, together with global ecosystem partners, officially launched "FlagOS v1.5". This system provides unified, open-source system software support, addressing challenges such as the fragmentation of the AI computing ecosystem and the difficulty of migrating large models through full-industry-chain integration.

Regarding the commitment to independent innovation, Haidian-based company Tsingmicro, in collaboration with the Zhiyuan Institute, Tsinghua University, Eastcompeace, and other institutions, established the "Beijing Reconfigurable Computing Hardware-Software Co-Design Technology Innovation Center". Simultaneously, an innovation consortium was launched to build an independently innovative computing power foundation for the high-quality development of artificial intelligence.

At the event venue, the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park set up policy consultation counters to provide interpretations and guidance on the computing power subsidies for 2025. Characterized by broad coverage and strong support, this policy offers maximum subsidies of up to 20 million yuan. It aims to provide comprehensive support for AI companies at different stages and with different technological paths, assisting their breakthroughs in cutting-edge fields like large models and AI agents, promoting the high-quality development of the AI industry, and empowering the construction of Beijing's International Science and Technology Innovation Center.

The conference was guided by the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, the Beijing Municipal Economy and Information Technology Bureau, and the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, with support from the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence.
